How it works
Upload your dormant list
A CSV of email addresses, ideally already SHA-256 hashed. If you send raw addresses we hash them in transit and never store them. Each upload replaces the last, so your list is always current.
We match it every night
We compare your list against job-search activity from the publishers in the CoverClicks network: job boards, career sites, and hiring communities. Names of sites are never shared.
You get a daily file of who is active
Each morning a CSV lists the people on your list who searched for jobs in the last 30 days, with how recent and how intense that search is. Reach them the same day.
What each match tells you
Every row is one person from your own list, keyed by the same hashed email you gave us, plus these signals so you can prioritise your outreach.
Recency
Days since their last job-search activity. Seven days or less is hot.
Intensity
Low, medium, or high, from how many days they were active in the last 30.
Search duration
How long their current job search has been running, in days.
Cross-site activity
How many different sites they were active on. More sites means a more serious search. We never name the sites.
Occupation area
The main kind of work they are looking for, plus any other areas they are also looking in, when we can tell from the jobs they viewed.
Fresh signals only
We deliver each person once when we first find them active, and again only when they show new activity, no more than once every 30 days by default. You choose the gap in your dashboard.

Built to protect your list
Hashed, end to end
Send SHA-256 hashes and we never see an email address. Raw addresses, if you send them, are hashed in transit and never written to storage.
Your list stays yours
We use it only to match against activity for you. It is never sold, shared, enriched for anyone else, or added to any other list.
Sources stay anonymous
You learn that a person is active and how active, never where. Publisher identities are never disclosed to buyers.
Common questions
- What counts as an active match?
- A person on your list with job-search activity in our network in the last 30 days. Your first file lists everyone on your list who is active today. After that a person is delivered again only when they show new activity, no more than once every 30 days by default. You can set that gap yourself in your dashboard. Each delivery is one active match, and it is the only thing you pay for.
- Who can I include in my list?
- People who registered directly with you and whose consent you hold. Purchased, rented, or scraped lists are not accepted, hashed or not.
- How do I receive the files?
- Download them from your dashboard each morning, newest activity first. Your list itself can be uploaded through the portal or by API with a key you create there.
- Will the same person show up every day?
- No. After the first delivery a person appears again only when they show new activity, no more than once every 30 days by default. You can choose 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days in your dashboard, and you can cap how many matches you receive per day. Each delivery counts as one active match.
- Can you send matches straight into our system?
- Yes. If you host an address that accepts a POST, we send each match there the moment we find it, signed with a shared secret. Request it from your dashboard once you are approved and we switch it on from our side. Real-time matches are priced the same as file matches.
- How big can my list be?
- There is no cap. Lists of several million records run nightly without issue. Your first file covers everyone on your list who is active today; after that the daily files carry only new activity.
- How fast can I start?
- We review applications within 48 hours. Once approved you set a password, upload your list, and receive your first file the next morning.
